Picture “success” in your mind’s eye.
What did you visualize?
I bet it was a different version of you.
A richer you.
A famous you.
A more loved you.
The problem here is that those aren’t some future versions of yourself. They exist within you at this very moment.
The limitless potential and infinite possibilities of life are all wrapped up with a neat bow and placed in your lap.
Instead of imagining success, know that you are success.
How could you not be success?
You’re here right now. Think of everything that had to go down to make that reality. Galaxies forming, stars colliding, cells reproducing.
Your mere existence is proof that you are success.
Shift from a mindset of wishing, hoping, and wanting to one of being.
Success isn’t something you chase, but rather embody.
And when you change your perspective on success in this way, you flow with the universe.
As you appreciate what the universe has given you and feel compassion and acceptance of where you are, the universe unveils the curtain of what could be.
So instead of focusing on a specific outcome, concentrate on experiencing life to the fullest in this moment.
Let go of your desires and you’ll find yourself basking in the true meaning of success.
Being you.
“The more we struggle for life (as pleasure), the more we are actually killing what we love.” — Alan Watts
